Having represented institutional investors, lenders, and high-net-worth individuals at this scale, Charles brings a sophisticated understanding of the diverse needs inherent in complex deals involving multiple stakeholders. Prior to committing full-time to Cecil Capital, Charles was an associate at premier international law firms in New York and Miami. He holds degrees in International Relations and Economics from the University of Florida, cum laude, and earned his law degree, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C.
